sub-burbs

I still have so much to do and time is running out!  I’m about 40 hours away from my scheduled departure time on Wednesday!

It’s kind of a blessing, actually.  My haste and scurry has prevented me from dwelling on my nervousness about meeting Mistress for the first time as well as stopped me from trying to plan out the road trip mile for mile in my head.  (Thank you, OCD…)  If I can keep this coasting going, I will get in the car at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, get on the highway, and then it will all hit me.  I’m burning a stack of MP3 CDs for the trip, so I’ll have plenty of music to just jam to and soak in the anticipation of the trip, everything from "what will she be wearing" to "how the hell am I going to sneak a smother box through the lobby". 

Still left on the agenda is to hit the bank, put together the freshly finished pieces of bondage furniture that have taken over my garage, do a little upholstery on a couple of pieces, pick up some wrapping paper, gas up my truck and check the air in the tires, use Google Maps to figure out a route, and….gak!  I also need to do a little primping - I’m getting my haircut tomorrow and plan to trim my beard and give my cock and balls a good once-over with the razor to make sure they are inspection ready.

One thing that’s off my list is to make an appointment for my Prince Albert piercing.  Sunday evening, Mistress and I will be going to get that done.  I’ve already discussed it with my wife and, although I don’t have explicit permission, she is okay with the idea and knows how important it is to me.  (She doesn’t realize it’s Mistress’s marking, but then she doesn’t realize the "collar" I wear is that either.)  I’ve wanted a PA for a long time but could never bring myself to do it.  Eventually, I’d love to get a Prince’s Wand or even a steel lock-on chastity cage.

I have to stop writing and focus now - I’m starting to let my mind drift ahead and, if that happens, I’m going to spend the next hour sighing and thinking about what shoes Mistress is going to arrive in…
